Had to have the trailer back by 9:00 a.m. place doesn't open up until 10:00. Better be able to unhook leave your trailer on your own. Their phone had no way to leave an answering message.

The place was closed for the season. I dropped it off with paperwork in the mailbox and took pictures to prove we did. Really thought someone should be at a drop-off station.

Jason DOwner was very nice as this is a new U-Haul location. Drop off was easy and it's a large parking lot.
