this place is filthy and just nasty - my clothes smelled horrible after just walking into the store for less than 5 minutes. received no help and my rental was not returned in the system until the next day - over 18 hours after I dropped it off.

Lights not operative trailer was bouncing on ball. Stopped at a U-Haul enroute and told “that is how it as “ after picking trailer up received an email that evening stating g that I need to pick it up or cancel. Called regional office and told them up that I had picked it up already. Was told that it was not in your system and to call in the morning. Took two hours the next day getting it straightened out. Trip delayed over two hours. Frequent renter from U-Haul. Will have to look for other choice.
