The location and the people that run it are excellent, however, the U Haul app was a complete failure at this location. I made the reservation well in advance of the move. While making the reservation, I was informed that I could pick up the truck at any time if I used the app. Great! I'll do that! Showed up at 7:30 am and the app would not allow me to pick up the truck despite the fact that I changed the reservation to 24/7 pickup. Had to call a number so I could have a text conversation and explain this. They were able to get the app to begin the pickup process but about 3 steps into the process the app asked to scan location barcode. I looked everywhere for a location barcode, nowhere to be found. Another call and text conversation, finally spoke to a human, with no success and also got disconnected. I ended up leaving and coming back at 10am when the location was staffed with a real person. This gentleman was a great help and apologized profusely. It wasn't his fault. This was a U Haul app failure all the way.
