After arriving at our new out of town home and unpacking I received a phone call from the U-Haul sales rep at the return location. He (can't remember his name) was very pleasant over the phone and explained in detail the return process. I highly recommend this location for your moving needs! I'm very impressed with the excellent customer service received from both locations during our exhausting out of town move. Moving is stressful but the kindness and helfulness we received from our U-Haul reps was very much appreciated!!

JOHN NThe front desk clerk she was very friendly and very knowledgeable and when I got there, there was a piece of equipment that ordered that was not there, but she still worked with me and was able to get me a hand dolly at the same price and this location has always taken care of me. I don’t ever see myself going anywhere else.
