This was in a paved parking lot with plenty of space to maneuver. Easy drop off. The office needs a larger sign. They are only open a few hours a day. I left a message the next day and received a call back confirming the trailer was there. They asked if there were any problems with the trailer and I told them there was one clearance light not working. They also sent an email confirming the trailer was in their lot. Much better conditions to drop off than to pick up.
John L.Mick was very friendly and helpful! The only thing I could add to improve the location, is the addition of pick up trucks. The mini mover worked fine and is great to have in case of rain. But sometimes you just need a pick up truck!
