Chris MThe smell in the cab was atrocious and I've had a headache for 3 days,even tried air fresheners in the cab and it did nothing,even when I returned it the worker at U-Haul said it was nasty
Richard D1.truck had dead battery- couldn’t rent it, but I went home & brought back jumper cables. After 30 minutes of charging it finally started. 2. Was told I would hear from the office on Tuesday about a refund of some type…never happened. 3.got a letter 5 days later asking where the truck I rented was. I called the number on the email and they said I had returned it as expected. No explanation. 4. Waiting to hear back if a refund larger than $15 will be offered. I had to keep movers waiting for me at $100 per hour. I was about 90 minutes behind schedule for the dead battery & necessary charge. 5. Lastly, Tyler who rented me the truck was excellent. Calm, apologetic, and he stayed well past quitting time until we got the truck started. He’s the reason I would still rent from this location.
