The entire experience renting this uhaul was extremely unprofessional. Although I had booked the uhaul through the rental app, this location's uhaul was at a separate address entirely. Not only that, it took two hours to gain access to the uhaul that was right in front of additional driver picking up the vehicle, and this mistake on the company's behalf cost me an entire day of moving and $1,500 in labor during an already precarious financial standing. My entire moving party of loved ones was at my home the evening we had the reservation for, and because it took hours to gain access to the uhaul I rented, the storage facility i was moving belongings into CLOSED for the evening, and none of my party was available the next day. I had to beg my landlord for an extra day to move, because I was supposed to be out already. I had to hire TWO separate moving companies to take on my move the next morning because I was on my own at that point, and each company could only help out for PART of the move because I had to hire labor last minute to fix your mistake. I'm disgusted by the hiccups in this experience at my personal expense at every step of working with this company. Even returning the uhaul was a nightmare.
