It's hard to get a hold of the shop on the phone. I was put on hold with an American call centre for 28 minutes last time I tried to call the North Van store. That's gotta improve. Otherwise, the service was fast and efficient and friendly and I won't hesitate to work with UHaul again. Thanks!

There is never an acceptable response to any business, who makes it there business to lie to you and mis-represent the facts you are entitled to and not have received. This was a significant failure of this location to respect it's customers without having to resort to lying to them to justify themselves, at the customers expense. Horrible rental transaction, the absolute worst in almost 10 separate rentals. I will look for another company to do business with, that would be better than one more single deceitful interaction at my expense and your corporate profit. The person at the counter was very new and although the person adjacent to her was trying to help out she was overwhelmed. She was very pleasant and would be worthwhile in providing additional training. The lot person was very helpful.

There is a new policy that requires customers to use the uhaul phone app for after hours vehicle returns. It used to be a simple key drop but now, for whatever reason, customers will be charged for an additional day if they do not use the app. On multiple occasions I have tried to return a vehicle using the app only to find, after wasting all of my data and phone minutes googling solutions and being stuck on hold with customer service, that the app doesn't function properly. After a (seemingly impossible to contact) customer service representative manually inputs the information, the old and reliable key drop method is acceptable. This is an infuriating slap in the face to uhaul's longtime loyal customers. Despite the fact that this is in no way an improvement from the old system, I understand the desire to move forward with modern technology. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend that before implementing frivolous mandatory extras with monetary penalties like a phone app, you first make sure that the app functions properly.

Every Uhaul truck I ever rented had multiple dents. When renting at night, you basically take a guess that all dents are marked. The sales associate alway try to push the insurance hard. The front desk staff was annoyed with her job, potentially with her life overall. She made it sound like a privilege that she would rent me a truck. You guys are in business because there is not competition in this market. better fix it before the Uber of moving truck put you out of business.

I rent a cargo Van and drove 14 km , but when returning vehicle, they told me that I used 10 liter petrol and need fill it on. How it possible 10 liter for just 14 km ??

Tell customers where they can park there own vehicle while renting. I parked in the mall parking lot across the street not realizing there was a 3 hour limit. I received a $ 65.00 Parking ticket!

Every thing was really great, friendly and speedy service. However I was given a vehicle with less than 1/4 tank of gas. Had to get gas in the middle of the move, which is kind of inconvenient.

1. Call center messed up the order badly ... a 17' truck for 4 days became a 15' truck for 12 hrs - while the location could get me the 4 days they could not supply a 17' truck... this became my problem to solve with more trips 9and mileage and gas costs) than necessary 2. Truck ramp was filthy with dirt from prior user from either a muddy yard or road grime, all of which got tracked into the truck box, and with the rain meant it was on the bottom of many of the boxes we moved. 3. Driver's side door lock didn't work at all to unlock the vehicle. 4. Interminable waits for call center - location to answer the phone meant I gave up on advising about adding a day to the rental. The people at the location are great, and really did try to deal with the problems as best they could. The call center really created the biggest portion of our problems. FIX your Call Center problems!

First of all your employees need to pay attention to customer demands. I had book 10ft cube truck 1 ton. I was told it's 19.95 + 49cent km when I went to pick up they said I booked in an pickup truck plus they over charged me. I would never send any of my friends to this location at all

I rented the day of a snowstorm and my cargo van could not drive anywhere. Had to leave it parked until the next day when I had to rent for another day. And now I have a 40 dollar extra charge on my account for no reason
