I originally made the reservation online and declined the extra insurance protection. I also did the pre registration, submitting pictures of my license. When I arrived, the agent acted like he couldn't find a reservation and requested my ID again and took his own pictures. The total price he gave me was also higher than the online website. When I got the receipt I found out he added additional protection insurance I didn't want and ended costing me $8 more than I expected. I don't know if there was some issues and he honestly couldn't find my reservation but I suspect he saw and wanted to add the additional protection for some reason and either adjusted my reservation or made a new one. Either way I'm unsatisfied.
