The dolly was flying around the back it was not hooked up correct, the gas tank was kind of low the actually location where we picked the truck up was great but the U-Haul service was absolutely terrible.could not get the system to work online it took over an hour to pick up a truck
Alyssa FAfter business hours: instructions on pickup and drop off is problematic. There were 3 other customers present beside myself all trying to figure out this process. 1 couple trying to return, others trying to pick up. At least I wasn't the only confused soul there. Lol
Margaret GThere was no Uhaul key dropbox, so I had to speak to customer service about putting the key back in the original lockbox. It might be a good idea to either have these instructions for the next person or have a Uhaul key dropbox in the area. Thanks!
Carol VWe went to pick up the uhaul and were told someone would be there to assist from 6am to 9am. We woke up early to be there within those hours and no one was there. We needed to call the location nearby and have someone walk us through what to do over the phone.
