When I arrived, there was no truck available for me. I am not certain whether this was due to overbooking, but that was the impression I got. The truck I eventually received was brought out from the backyard at the last minute. It looked like it was about to be taken in for maintenance, felt old and worn out, and had not even been properly cleared of snow. None of the equipment I ordered was available, and the windshield wipers were broken. I had to stop during my move to go to Canadian Tire and purchase replacement wipers myself. Since I could only move today, I had no choice but to use this truck. This experience was very disappointing and has made me reconsider renting from U-Haul in the future.
