Behnam KThe staff member at pickup was friendly, but shortly after I arrived home, the rental car would not start due to a dead battery. I called the rental location, but they could not address the issue immediately because the manager was not available. This was very stressful as I had a fixed elevator reservation for my move. CAA eventually came and fixed the problem in 3 minutes, but the whole process caused about a two-hour delay and significant stress on my moving day. I believe appropriate compensation should be provided for the inconvenience and time lost. This situation could have been handled much faster.

Sergei RI drove the car for 19KM and put 8 L fuel but they still charged me 12 dollars for fuel. I feel like i got scammed Just doing the simple math and taking the mileage for the van for minimum of 3 KM per liter it’s still more than enough I even clicked the photo of the fuel meter at gas station but still they don’t wanna help me
