This was my first time using this location, and the staff were kind and friendly. He walked me through the van and explained how to use the gears, which I really appreciated. Due to inclement weather, my move ran longer than expected, and he generously did not charge me for the overtime. One downside was the availability of dollies. I ordered one when reserving the truck, but it wasn’t available at pickup and the system didn’t flag this in advance, which was challenging given the heavy furniture I was moving. Overall, I would return to this location. Next time, I’ll call ahead to confirm the availability of additional supplies.
