The issue is not the location, it is that the Uhaul app literally NEVER works for checking in and picking up. The only time it has ever worked for me is for dropping off.

Great experience renting a vehicle from this location. One of the best things is the flexibility to drop off the car at any time, as well as the convenience of being able to park your own vehicle on-site. Friendly and responsive staff made the whole process smooth and easy.
VASYL SI had hard time with head office of the rental company, they were charging my pickup location about 3 time, Then i went to this pickup location Finch 41 Finch Ave W North York, ON M2N2H8, The person in this office are super friendly he has the knowledge of customer service, he treats me very nice and he give me the truck on time, And when I return the truck he was there even it’s holiday, I highly recommend to this place
kiros aCancelled my existing appointment without checking in with me. Gave me another truck when I got there and charged me for the bigger size, without the dolly I ordered either. Essentially cancelled my appointment and gave my equipment away to please another customer that came by. Also saw one of the employees back up the van into another truck (on his first day) while sorting out the bookings.
