I had booked a 10 ft long uhaul well in advance. However, around 3 hours before my reservation I got a call staying that 10 ft truck is not available and that I had to settle for a 15 ft long truck which wasn't in a great shape. More so, the utility dolly was not available and yet I have been charged for the dolly which I would be refunded for later. The agent at the pick up location asked me to take the truck or leave it. This was a highly unpleasant experience and I didn't have an option but to take whatever I was getting as I had booked an elevator for moving out of my condo and arranged for helping hands. The location wasn't equipped and I expected better. Won't recommend this location to anyone. I was expecting better from uhaul.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkExcellent service by Ali!! He was amazing to deal with and will recommend to all my friends and family.
ALPESHKUMAR PI genuinely question renting a vehicle with 3/8 of a tank of gasoline and expecting the renter to return the vehicle with the same fuel level. How am I supposed to know the fuel economy of this vehicle when full or when empty or how large its gas tank is? The vehicle should be provided with a full tank and provide me with the expectation that it be returned full.
