I put in a complaint about how I was treated by the location. There was no inspection of the vehicle and when I returned it 4 hours later, they told me that I had damaged the roof. I did 37 km and had the car for 4hrs. The item I transported was inside the truck and yet they stated that I’d caused damage. Without my consent, they charged me over $300. It’s a practice to get more money from the customer w/o their approval. Shameful and full of deceit.
