Professional and friendly
Shahriar AIf nothing else it should be asked if a customer has ever driven this type of vehicle. If not a little run through of the basics. For example, parking break release, whippers switch, dumb little things you don’t think about but are not in the spots of a standard car. On my way out I saw a young lady struggle to find the gear shifter, just saying

Basilio NThe issue is not the location, it is that the Uhaul app literally NEVER works for checking in and picking up. The only time it has ever worked for me is for dropping off.
