The location is filthy, I’m talking cobwebs and dust like a horror movie. The guns might be off putting or scary to some as well, but it is a pawn shop so it is to be expected. I was given the wrong pickup address and taken to a gravel lot with a sign that said “This is NOT a U-haul!!!” Originally before calling to confirm correct address.

DOUGLAS BWe initially reserved a 10' truck only to be told later that there were non available so we were upgraded to a 15' truck at no cost. Then the pick up location was changed. They did not have the specific dolly we had requested, but were provided 2 of another type (at no extra cost). All of these things were minor problems as, in the long run, the equipment was perfect for our particular move.
