My reservation was not fulfilled as expected. On the day of pick up I was initially informed that the truck I reserved was not available. It was then requested that I drive over an hour to pick up the truck. I was able to use the local truck that was on site but had to return it over an hour from my final destination. When I arrived at the location the attendant was aware of the problem and was waiting to hear from UHaul dispatch. None of this was communicated to me ,the customer, at any point in time. When I called the dispatch office I was told that this just happens sometimes. I appreciate a solution was found but I will be looking for other companies to use in the future because the lack of communication and inability to fulfill the actual reservation requests is not acceptable. The customer service at All Indoor Farm Store was top notch and the main issue is the larger dispatching procedure and locations.

The trailer was old
Charles IAlmost didnt make my moving timeline because the app and system were down i feel there should be an offline onsite reservation system available that updates roughly every week for all the reservations that week at that specific location. The representative at all indoor was great but i feel that like me she was kinda left high and dry when the system went down and she could no longer see or process my pickup reservation once the system was down
