They were so bad, I want to give them a Zero ! But I can’t. So I gave them a 1. They were rude and nasty to me. When I showed up to pick up my van they weren’t there and didn’t show up for a half hour causing me to acquire my equipment too late to complete my move that evening. When I was returning the van I had issues contacting them and then was scolded and treated as if calling the U-Haul number was the most egregious offense . Will never use them again !
Amber SI was quite appalled when I got finale bill. I did not have a broom to sweep out truck. When returning itEverything was packed up.
