I think the truck should start with a full tank of gas. It is easier for the customer to return the truck with a full tank than a quarter tank. Unless that is the intent.

KEVIN AInitially got a very bad equipment that doesn’t reverse & go forward. Then it needs to be replaced. This whole process took more than 30 minutes. But the return time was not updated and I was informed that other client is needing an equipment. Very poor customer service.
