Initially got a very bad equipment that doesn’t reverse & go forward. Then it needs to be replaced. This whole process took more than 30 minutes. But the return time was not updated and I was informed that other client is needing an equipment. Very poor customer service.

MARK MThe U-Haul app was frozen for over 20 minutes when I was trying to return the truck on the self service. I was almost late to do so. Was very frustrated over that.
