I only gave average rating because I ordered an appliance dolly, that was not available. I was not notified in advance, just told they don’t have any. I had to contact U-Haul to get help to locate one. It turns out the one we got was broken and hadn’t noticed that until we went to use it. The vehicle was clean and in great shape.

NICHOLAS JEven with a reservation they did not have the truck I reserved when I arrived for pick up. Employee acted like it wasn’t a big deal when I asked why he didn’t contact me prior to me arriving to let me know. Took forever to get checked in. One person for a line of customers.
