The receptionist was incredibly kind. Even though I arrived late for my appointment, she was very accommodating and welcoming. She was also very flexible with our time slot and proactively offered several helpful suggestions. I was extremely pleased with the experience, and I will definitely choose this place again for my next visit.
Katsuihiro HI was told to put the key in the slot even though someone was there. Nobody ever even walked around the truck to inspect it when I returned. I also would have told her I picked it up with half a tank of gas, I never got the opportunity to because she just yelled from inside to throw the key in the slot.
Peter BLeanne was unprofessional, unhelpful, and condescending. I was having issues with my move and admittedly was 1 hour late on my return, but she threatened to call the police and report the van stolen. Absolutely shameful customer service and no one with her attitude should be in a customer facing position.
Chris LHad requested a 2-wheeler dolly a month prior to PU but had to settle for an appliance dolly. Not optimal for my needs.
