Owner sat in office for 15+ minutes with someone random watching the store. Even with multiple calls to the owner and 3+ customers waiting they sat in the office. Lock from previous customer was also left on trailer delaying leaving by another 10 mins, because they had no way to remove the lock immediately.

CORRIE PThis was a terrible experience. It had been snowing the day before and on that day. There was no equipment available to help clean off the truck. The app wasn't working properly so it took over 30 minutes for us to decide to just leave without uploading/ submitting pictures because the app wouldn't let us. Had the same issue when returning the truck. Also, the space the truck was parked in, didn't provide adequate room to capture full angles of the truck, so that was even more frustrating.
