This location goes out of their way to ensure that the trailers that I have rented have all be extremely clean and always walk around it to note previous damages.

The Staff was amazing; I didn’t catch the young ladies name that waited on me but she was very professional and polite. Even helped hook up the trailer. I would give 10 stars!!!!

victoria cGoogle map takes you into a sand road and extremely difficult to attempt to back out. After going through the drop off owners private property to get out they were extremely rude. Not over yet. They said the drop off location had also changed and they were not open yet. I left it there and waited for my final receipt. I moved two miles from this place and will not only never recommend their u-haul business but will also let locals know of the pathetic service.
Mark IThe truck drove so rough that we called roadside assistance to try to get a replacement. They were not very help. Said it was normal for a truck to be that rough. The alignment Definitely needs to be checked out. if that is normal for your 26 foot truck, I would not be able to recommend it to anybody because it literally beat the driver up.
