UHaul, On March 16th I called around about a trailer price. UHaul sent me an offered of 15% discount if I picked up a "on way trailer" that day, so I did. I went to the UHaul dealer and showed them the 15% offer and the confirm number. Without communicating, the person (tattooed girl) continued to write a NEW contract without the discount or that confirmation number. That person realized I insisted on the 15% off so she proceeded to contact the (red head) manager. The manager took over the computer and said she knew nothing of a discount and didn't know who sent it to me. I showed it to her but she denied it was a valid discount. It was bogus, no good, she said. She offered me insurance 2 times and I replied NO. Then she tried to coerce my sister into taking the insurance. My sister had to say NO, again. She asked me a question then asked another question before I answered the first question. I guess she was trying to confuse me, I was not confused. She was very rude through the whole process. As we went to get the trailer I saw a damaged fender. My sister went back in to the manager to tell her of it. The manager was rude to her and called me a vulgar name. My sister told the manager, "you need to learn how to talk to people". She sent the original girl back to verify the damaged fender. The young guy that hooked up the trailer said, "she's in a bad mood today". I would have addressed her about the vulgar name but my sister didn't tell me till much later. Is this how UHaul does business? Confirmation number that was refused, 90374380. They said it was a bogus number!! It was sent to me by UHaul. I await your remedy to this situation.BARRY S.

My estimated mileage was 10 miles under actual and I had to pay but the gas was over a quarter more than when I took it and no credit which I feel very upset over ere on side of company not customer and I only used 4 hrs not 8 hrsDavid H.
The employee was friendly and helpful at the location. The $100 deposit was a bit shocking since i wasnt told about it until i was paying. The truck was hard to inspect because of long grass it was parked in. When i did the online inspection review i tried to add pictures and it froze and i was never able to finish the inspection process. I do still have the pictures if needed. The cabin smelled like pizza and there was grease on center console and steering wheel. And multiple chips on the floor. Obviously no one had even checked to see if it was clean. Truck was easy to drive. Breaks were good. I had to use the windshield wipers on our trip and they seemed dry rotted and didnt do a good job. Our personal car had a flat tire during the day so we were set back with moving and ended up dropping the truck off after hours. I had to use the online drop off. But when it told me told put the keys in the drop box i could not find the box. Me and 2 other people looked all over the front of building and parking lot. I ended up deciding to take the keys and the dolly with me to return in the morning because i was never shown how to lock the back and didnt want the dolly stolen. So basically, i felt like i over paid for a disgusting truck. Not a good experience at all.Monica E.
