The vehicle was quite new and in surprisingly great shape! I used the phone app to make the reservation and that was very simple. The mobile check-in took a bit longer than I expected so I thought the process was frozen and maybe locked up. It was just a really busy period and it all went to plan eventually. It might be nice to have some visual feedback that the check in process is still working and not a phone crash.

JAMES GThe U-Haul app was down and took us over 45 minutes past the start of our rental to get into the van. Then I was charged by the company I got the van from and charged again by UHaul. Refund is beyond needed as they wasted my time and took extra money.
