There is absolutely no direction in how to pick up your UHaul location. There is a sign taped on a shipping container door buried behind a bunch of UHaul trucks with a phone number on it. We only found it because someone else was leaving. There is also zero direction about how to drop off said trucks.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery efficient. Owner, Brandon was very helpful and available to assist.
Radonis HUpdate your website to only allow customers to book at sites that are open. Ask customer about purchasing a lock (for truck) or straps to make a better experience.

Maren CIt's a new location, so they had many vehicles, but no dollies or equipment to support. Person working there was smart, helpful, etc.
