The guy who helped me with my trailer was super friendly and helpful when explaining and helping me get hitched up. I really appreciated his helpful attitude!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere is absolutely no direction in how to pick up your UHaul location. There is a sign taped on a shipping container door buried behind a bunch of UHaul trucks with a phone number on it. We only found it because someone else was leaving. There is also zero direction about how to drop off said trucks.
Kylea BVery efficient. Owner, Brandon was very helpful and available to assist.
Radonis HUpdate your website to only allow customers to book at sites that are open. Ask customer about purchasing a lock (for truck) or straps to make a better experience.
Les GEverything went as promised! Helpful and efficient! The owner was easy to work with. Thank you ☺️
