They didn't have the keys to the van I was supposed to collect. A lot of time spent looking for the keys just to discover the previous customer didn't return them. The truck I got was much bigger, and clunkier, and made horrible noise, and was a bigger gas guzzler so I spent more money than needed and had to worry more about clearing trees. No fun.

They didn't even give me the keys despite fulfilling all the requirements and waiting there for an hour. Apparently the owner guy wasn't there and the the clerk tried calling him but he wouldn't respond.
Zain MIt was somewhat clean but the cabin had a strong smell, like someone who doesnt shower and cigar together, plus a sweater in back of the driver's seat, pet hair in the seats and cabin
