Yujui TWhen we arrived and expected to pickup the keys, we were told the employee needed to “hear from his boss” before he gave us the keys. His boss was not picking up his phone. We waited about 20 minutes after arriving before picking up the keys. Another group had waited close to an hour. Finally the boss returned the phone call but for a period of time it was uncertain if we would be able to access the U-Haul at all, with the employee suggesting that we may need to cancel the reservation there and find one elsewhere. I would not recommend this pickup location at all.
Charles ZCan had weed left inside and smelled like weed as well. I had an appointment at 9am and no one was there to check me in until 9:30.
