Late Truck Availability: The truck was not ready until an hour and a half after the scheduled pickup time due to U-Haul's computer systems being down, significantly disrupting my moving plans. Website Outage: Upon receiving the truck, I was unable to complete the required photo documentation of the vehicle's condition because U-Haul's website was also down, leaving me with no way to protect myself against pre-existing damage claims. Missing Equipment: The dolly I had specifically requested and paid for was not included with the rental. Unclean Vehicle: The truck was not clean at the time of pickup. Insufficient Fuel Level: The truck was not fully fueled as required. Mechanical Issues: The check engine light was illuminated upon pickup, raising immediate safety concerns. Gas Cap Error Code: An error code related to the gas cap made it impossible to read the odometer at pickup, further complicating proper documentation of the rental.

Showed up 30 minutes after my appointment started. Couldn't use the app to start the rental. Went inside and had to wait 45 minutes because they never checked the trucks back in even though they were returned yesterday. Also, there were warnings flashing on the dashboard. Will not go to this location again and told everyone to stay away.

Michael CThe truck at this location was broken upon my arrival to the location. Apparently it was leaking gas, so I couldn’t even drive it. I had to go to a whole other location 20 mins away which ultimately made my move much more of a headache. I also had to spend more money on gas. It was a disappointing first U-Haul experience
