The gas was lower than stated, almost on empty. The drivers door doesn’t shut properly. The dash says there’s a tire issue. Uhaul stated falsely this was a 24hr pickup spot but it isn’t. You rented me a truck I had no way of getting and lied about the store hours. It took me an hour to get a truck. I was on a schedule and other people had rented other equipment that had to be kept longer as a result of uhauls lie about pickup. This cost multiple people more money and a ton more stress. Your app is wretched, doesn’t load, freezes, loses uploaded pics and takes a ridiculous mount of time to work making the app process only helpful if there’s no person and you plan an additional 30+ minutes for pickup. I am going to look for alternative rental companies based on this experience. Absolutely fraudulent service.

Staff is very friendly. But the truck is rather dirty (got complained by the return place and would have been charged if I did not provide the photos) and the fuel level does not match one on the contract (about 2-3 gallons off)

Edward OThey didn't have the keys to the van I was supposed to collect. A lot of time spent looking for the keys just to discover the previous customer didn't return them. The truck I got was much bigger, and clunkier, and made horrible noise, and was a bigger gas guzzler so I spent more money than needed and had to worry more about clearing trees. No fun.
Yula PThey didn't even give me the keys despite fulfilling all the requirements and waiting there for an hour. Apparently the owner guy wasn't there and the the clerk tried calling him but he wouldn't respond.
