The location is in a very run down neighborhood and not clearly labeled with proper signage. When we drove in it was unclear where to park. The rep was condescending and made us feel stupid that we didn't know where to go. The rep was sitting in a truck in the parking lot so it was confusing and we initially didn't realize he worked there. The "office" is a run down shed with no internet service so it was difficult to complete the rental transaction.
Tricia MThis location was great! My issue stems from the original location where my reservation was made. I drive 4 hrs to get a trailer and when I got there, no trailer was available, the owner spoke limited English and did give an explanation nore did he offer to help find another location. Very disappointed
