Honestly, the man who works at this location is generally short (in tone) if not outright rude. He continually, from the moment I arrived, seemed irritated with the fact I was even there. He was condescending the entire time, when I asked him to speak a little louder so I could understand him, he just rolled his eyes. Literally, upon returning the trailer, I stopped at the return sign. I got out of the vehicle and walked towards him to find out what was next. I took 3 steps out of the vehicle (maybe now 30 yards from him) and he just started yelling at me and waving his arms. I repeatedly said “what?” Because I couldn’t possibly hear him at that distance. When I had closed half the distance I finally understood that he was yelling to tell me to just drop the trailer next to the other trailers. Here’s the problem, I am renting a trailer because I am not an expert in driving trailers. And now I have to, by myself, back up and drop the trailer successfully. I totally understand if he doesn’t like his job and doesn’t want to spend much time doing it or something but please don’t take that out on me. I’d mention that I’ve rented trailers from other Oakland locations in the past few months and all of the others were so friendly, helpful and understanding that, again, I am not an expert. That is literally why I’m renting. I highly recommend any of the other Oakland locations.
