Absolutely nothing as far as customer service ! The brakes on the vehicle need to be attended ! Who ever used the vehicle before must have rode the brakes tremendously. I had to apply the brakes way ahead of stopping to make sure that the vehicle would stop. Otherwise the personnel were fantastic.

You guys are not honest about the gas. We put the same amount of gas that was given to us yet we got charged additional money. When I called to rectify it the solutions were not really helpful. I won’t ever use u haul again due to this experience.
