The employee who checked me in for my rental was incredibly rude. I had an emergency that caused me to be late for my pick up, for which I apologized multiple times. However, the employee snapped at me for being late and scolded me for arriving so close to closing time. I was aware of my errors and expressed my regret to him. He completely disregarded me, then threw a tantrum when his computer wasn't working. I understand that I may have inconvenienced him, but that did not warrant the unprofessional treatment. I, too, must deal with customers in my line of business, so I understand the frustrations involved. But customer service is of utmost importance. He could have expressed his frustration more professionally. Good customer service fosters customer loyalty. I can assure you that I will not return to this location.
