For a moving company you lack the equipment to satisfy the customers needs. Went to to different locations neither had hand trucks/ dolly. Had to go out of my way to borrow one from a friend.

ADAM AWhat a disaster. This was all done at 2 pm not off hours just off hours for this location. It took us almost 2 hours of phone calls and going to the location to pick up the truck. We also had to take pics of the dent in the truck. We had to call customer service at least 3x. Each time was an expected 5-10 minute hold that turned into close to 15. It was not a smooth transaction at we wasted a ton of time despite the fact that our company had rented twice already this year at this location.
