I had a reservation for 8am. I got called four times to reschedule from 8 to 830 to 9 before the ap finally let me check in at 850. Otherwise everything went fine. The ap wouldn't let me take photos but I could do it in a browser.Shawn A.

The app did not read my location when I arrived to pickup the truck therefore I was unable to retrieve the keys from the lockbox. I had to call uhaul and wait for 30 minutes for a customer service representative. When informed of the price I was told the price was 19.95 and 1.99 per mile. When I made the reservation I was told it was 19.95 and 1.49 per mile. I was later informed all trucks are 1.99 per mile. So I am not sure why I was told 1.49 per mile? The truck was left to me with no gas. I was charged 58 dollars and change for gas however when informed uhaul about being given a truck with no gas they said I would be refunded for it. I was refunded 50 and shorted 8 dollars, why is that? This aggravation got me on the road 45 minutes late and made me late meeting the people who were helping me move. The woman on the phone from uhaul who I was asking to help me when the app wasn't working was rude and unprofessional...that annoyed me most of all. Please refund me the remaining 8 dollars. The field manager is extremely rude and abrasive. I was told misinformation at the time of pick up which accrued an extra charge that no-one informed me about. Would not recommend uhaul experience to anyone.Kevin K.

The representative did not wear a mask in a small confined office. I stayed outside of the office to speak to him. When I checked out the vehicle, I told him that the tire sensor light was on. He told me it was a faulty sensor. I pulled out of the parking lot and could FEEL the tire pressure was not right. I got out and could visably see the low tire pressure on the driver side front tire. I returned the truck and he gave me a much larger truck. He then tried to make it right. But I was not happy with this experience. Had I driven the truck away and not been conscientious, it could have ruined our move with a flat tire.Heather M.

I do not like the app. It made everything super hard and frustrating. I tried calling customer service and was on hold for over 30 min then was put on hold again for another 30 min. I was given one price but charged another 2 weeks later . I am not happy with uhal at all.Dana P.
