Everything went fine, but I paid for items that I never got. I assumed they would already be in the truck. I called 3 times asking if I could be refunded for the items I never got and haven’t heard back.

Charles IThey didn’t do anything wrong but clearly hadn’t moved much- they didn’t know how to pack the truck or maneuver out of hallways/doors. They hit several walls and chipped paint and left dents and marks. They were also pretty late. I had already packed almost the entire truck by the time they got to the first stop
