Nothing to do with location of pickup. But I will take this opportunity to address the pricing for this rental. I did the reverse of this trip with the same trailor 6 months ago to move my family prior to a military deployment. I expected to pay a little more or around the same price when I returned. But I was shocked that the price of this rental was almost 3x the amount the the same trailer just 7 months prior. I attempted to contact customer support about possible discounts for military and was placed on hold and transferred around before I finally just gave up. Outside of the price, I have no complaints but will definitely start looking elsewhere in the future

STEPHEN CEverything was what we needed to move. Helpful in making a quick reservation. Easy pick-up and drop-off process. Great customer service from the employees! Would be nice if they offered military discount. Use your own dolly because they charge you if you break the seal for it. $0.99 a mile from the time you leave the store.
JOSEPH RIt rained and all of my furniture was wet from leaking inside of the truck, u haul place was very nice but the truck ruined some of my expensive furniture
