It was easy to register and pick up no hassle at all
Geana BWhile in the process of driving in, the clerk saw me and came outside to greet me and provide directions. I was in and out in a matter of monents. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. Job well done!!!
RICHARD REverything was fine, the only inconvenience was that I ordered an appliance dolly for $10 and was told they didn’t have it when I arrived. So they sent me to a rental place just a minute down the road, the cost was $30 with a $100 deposit. They called prior, it would have been nice to have been given a heads up on this.
CHRISTOPHER CSaul was so very helpful in helping me decide which trailer I should rent. His expertise was much appreciated. He culled out the first two trailers we hooked up due to issues with locking the cargo door on one and electrical issues on another. He made sure I pulled out of the lot with a trailer in excellent condition. Many thanks for Saul’s patience with me and his insistence on making certain my experience with U-Haul was better than I could’ve hoped for.
