There appears to be only one person that can do rentals and when they are not there it is almost impossible.

No one knew how to do the uhual process so I could get a truck. Had to call regional manager to check me out and was a huge inconvienece to me and the other costumers. Process took me 40 mins to get me a truck. Tried to charge me for more gas than I had. Wouldn’t recommend. Very understaffed.

Educate the dope that takes care of the trailers. I was in a hurry and he f*cked around with hooking up the trailer to my truck for 30 minutes. I finally had to tell him my ball was too big. Had to go and get another. After 1 1/2 hours I was finally on my way, but when I went to load the car the trailer hitch popped off the ball. Dangerous situation.

Equipment was in poor repair, just plain worn out. A/C inoperative, vehicle was filthy. Steering and brakes couldn't possibly have passed a vehicle safety inspection. Second time i have had this experience with U-Haul, will never rent from U-Haul again, nor will anybody I know.

The agent did the bare minimum to wait on me. I had reserved a cargo van at the site for 5PM. I arrived on time and was told someone else had the van. I was not offered any remedy to the situation, so I rented a 10 ft truck for more money--instead of being offered the substitution for the same price. When I turned the truck back in at 12 NOON the next day (due at 5PM), the same agent ignored me, told me to keep the paperwork and that I would get a receipt through email. I had put gas in the truck before turning it in. However, when I received the receipt and invoice several hours later, she had clocked the truck in at 2:32 and charged me for 3 gallons of gas @ $5.25/gal. I had prepaid for 50 miles--and only went 25 miles, but got no refund. I read on the UHaul site that if I did NOT get the vehicle I reserved--UHaul would pay me to compensate. What happened?

When I asked for a recipe, the agent refuses to give me on the spot and said that she will email to me. The agent told me the insurance is $14.95, they charged me $29.95; and truck was returned clean and she charge me $50 for truck cleaning. I will call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will not release the charge until they fixed the problems. This location is horrible.

The store front that rented the equipment was a postal annex with alot of foot traffic and other postal customers. While doing the paperwork to pick up and drop off the equipment the customer service representative needed to constantly stop helping me to take care of other people dropping off packages. It was rather irritating and took much longer that average to get me my equipment in a timely fashion.

The employee at this store needs some serious training due to not being able to effectively work the computer system. I took an hour to get my truck because he told me my email was invalid multiple times which was incorrect and ended up working o just fine. He also told me that I was not the person in my drivers license so I provided him with 3 different forms of id with my photo and name on them along with my social security card and still would not except them and would not tell me why so I had to have my father come into the store to use his drivers license and make the reservation for the uhual even though he was not the one who would be driving the vehicle at all and did not feel comfortable putting the truck in his name but we had no choice as I needed to get on the road. Once we were able to get through the process and it came down to paying for the truck we asked if we could pay by cash and he said that he needed a card on file and that it would not be charged until the truck was returned and at that time we could pay with cash and the card would not be charged which later found out after returning the vehicle in Las Vegas that the card was already charged prior to us leaving the store. I have rented Uhual's a number of times in the last 10 years and have never had any issues with the process until now. This employee needs some serious training and needs to work on his communicating skills.

The back of the truck was not swept out I forgot to check it before driving off the lot. It had water bottles, a pizza box with 3/4 not eaten pizza totally full of dirt in the back. I had to sweep out and dispose of trash, that someone else let..

5 star is for location, not service. I had a horrible time picking up the truck! I downloaded the app, setup the account, took my pic and drivers licences pic, added my visa, checked to see if my reservation was there. It was and looked too on Monday. Come Saturday,all was mising !!!! I had to call for help and it took 45 min!!! I was very upset and frustrated! I had people waiting!!

Make sure the gas is where it says it is and the mileage is accurate. The gas was lower and the mileage was higher when I took it out and I:m stuck with. My fault because I should've walked back in and said something, but I was rushed for time. Either that or they should double check before having customers sign because they drive them too.

System was down forcing me to log on the internet through my phone. I deselected insurance coverage for $14.00 and I was still charged for it. Then the location closed early. When trying to establish what I was to do next. Bottom line had to do something that most people wouldn't waste time with doing and got charged extra for something I didn't want.

This place is closed on Sundays, and therefore should NOT be a turn in location option on Sunday. Or at the very least, require them to have a drop box. I had to leave the keys in the ramp and hope that no one saw me do it.

Over all was less than expected, the equipment did not start and had to be recharged, which took a while. Please ask the location manager to check the truck before trying to give to the customer.

Only had one issue that was resolved. When picking up the AT equipment from the location. I was told that the equipment was not reccomend, even though the website said it was. I was told that the rating exceeded what I was cleared for based off my vehicle tow package, VIN data, and other resources, as well as what uHaul website said I was cleared based off the data provided. But the store verified my info, and contacted a few places to get verification that I could tow with the AT equipment.
