When we unloaded the truck, we found that our king size mattress was soaked. It’s ruined. It was the first piece of furniture that was loaded after mom’s attic was full. The truck was loaded and ready to go Saturday morning 5/31/25. When we got up to leave there was a torrential downpour for almost an hour. There is obviously a leak. Someone needs to rectify this situation. That mattress cost almost $1,400. I spent over $6,000 moving to a different state. I don’t have the money for a new mattress. I do have pictures.

PHILLIP SThis place sucked they were rude would never go there again would not recommend this place to anyone they charged me and are still charging my account even though it was returned had car trouble had to leave it somewhere else got the okay from U-Haul but this place keeps sending me rather trying to take money out of my account. The people there suck never never will I rent anything from a U-Haul there they need to be taken out of renting from there
