Service was excellent, the man behind the counter was friendly and very knowledgeable. Personally I found nothing that could be improved upon at this Uhaul location.

Kurt BDropped off the truck at 9:30 PM on Saturday, July 4th, so there were no staff there. However, someone checked the truck before lunchtime on Sunday and processed it. Had our receipt and confirmation of mileage before we left Olean Sunday afternoon.
Thomas DWas told on app to pick up by 4. Center only open until 12. When I did pick up there were all types of hidden charges not gone over at order time. Not a clean place either and the person I picked up trailer from had offensive body odor.
