I received my truck with 27miles of gas. The company wanted it to be returned at 1/4 tank. Not fair, it was returned with 38 miles. Otherwise the help with direction on getting the truck was great. 1-800 number was always so friendly.

The AC system in the truck failed after about five minutes of use. That made for a very uncomfortable 800 mile ride in very hot weather.
AARON HSignage could be updated to be more visible. If I hadn't seen the actual trucks on the lot I wouldn't have known that this location was where I needed to drop tyhe vehicle off.
TYRON SI reserved a dolly for my trip. Dolly wasn’t there for me to pickup. Instead of getting another dolly for me the gentlemen suggested that I go find one at another store.
