Please shut this location down. They should not be renting uhauls. Many issues: 1. Address was wrong. The address I was sent to had one person who did not speak English and did not know how to help once I translated 2. When I found the correct address no one was there and the business was not set to open for another hour 3. When someone did show up it took him several minutes to find the lock passwords and was showing them to me as if I was supposed to help 4. He couldn't open the locks, I got the main lock box open but there was no key. After 12+ minutes of trying both passwords on all 3 locks i called the regional center and he got the key 5. He handed me the key and left. No further communication, paperwork, contract, checking the truck, giving any instructions 6. The truck itself did not have my rented furniture pads which were included in the order. The regional director took them off the order. Horrible experience, would never ever rent from this location again and would never suggest anyone else does. A neighboring business before I found the correct suite (but after the first listed address suite) said that many people have pickup issues here. I also didn't choose this location, it was swapped the day before pickup and was more than 2x further from my home

Canceled my rentals for supplies needed with the truck at the last minute. Sent me to another location which also did not have the products needed for the one way rental.
pradipta cThe windshield wipers were broken to the point that I needed to replace them. The passenger side wiper didn't work. I had to tighten the nut that held the arm down to get the wiper to even move. It looked like the vehicle sat outside for a long time without being cleaned. I had to wash all the windows to make sure I could drive unobstructed. Other that that, it went well.
