NORMAN RReserved two weeks ahead of time, confirmed, and the location didn't have the furniture dolly we requested. Actually, they didn't have any dollies. Not even in the truck.There weren't even any furniture pads in the back of the truck as there usually are. We were in at 8:30 to pick up our reservation and the employee was five minutes late unlocking the door. Also, it feels very sketchy to me to have an extra fee for returning with less than 1/4 tank of gas, but rent out a truck with only 1/4 tank in it. We were certainly able to accomplish our move, but this location did not make it easy.
