Not location but U-Haul Service in general app didn’t work when returning van which was fustrating and I was told by a rep at uhaul Not location that the van would be fwd which it wasn’t so didn’t make it up my driveway so had to do different things in order to get furniture for bee house which used more miles Would like an updated receipt as the one I did receive was not matching to charges on my card

My favorite uhaul location
TRISHA RInterior of truck floors were muddy, otherwise everything was fine. Not being nitpicking just didn't expect it.
MATTHEW SLocation was very helpful during pickup. Truck should be retired. 170000 miles on it. Drove truck home 4pm 1/9, went to start it at 8am 1/10 and it immediately stalled and wouldn't start back up. Wasn't repaired until 6pm.
