I arrived about ten minutes before they opened and was still greeted by a pleasant young man who was more than helpful. He immediately hooked up a trailer before we did any paperwork, but wasn't comfortable with the trailer's hitch so gave me a different unit. Everything worked perfectly and I was on my way in no time. They had a lot of units and the place was clean and organized. Great company to deal with.
