I was pleasantly surprised with this whole experience. I have never rented a uhaul before and Eric was very helpful and understanding. He took great care of me and I’d be happy to return if I ever need another uhaul rental!

The area for parking the u-haul vehicle is very limited. We had to park in a very weird spot to accomodate the after-hours return.

Lot was a little tight to maneuver. Otherwise OK.

I don't mind that I have to pay for gas when I rent a uhaul (or any other rental car for that matter). So I put a few dollars of gas in the truck to keep it at one half level. So charging $5 for a gallon is fair. But when you also add $30 as an extra fee for putting in gas, that is just criminal. You have to clean and inspect the truck anyway (at least I hope you do). I have never had that experience any where that I have rented a vehicle and it is really upsetting. For most people driving the truck to a location and loading and unloading are stressful enough. So to have to pull into a crowded gas station adds another level of discomfort to the experience that is just abominable. Uhaul should be ashamed of that $30 extra maintenance fee.
