I would like to emphasize that there is nothing wrong with the pick up location. It was extremely convenient! The issue was with the online pick up for the uhaul. It took almost an hour to complete the online pick up process.. and the code for the lock on the back of the truck was not available after check in. In addition, the truck itself had issues with the starter and the left rear break light was out. The truck needs some maintenance.
