even your survey sucks. You're trying to pigeonhole me into reviewing the location where I picked up the truck and where I dropped it off. I didn't have a problem with them. I had a problem with your entire reservation process. I had a problem with your scheduling department. I had a problem with them not honoring a reservation I had made weeks prior. I had a problem with them not being able to allow me to use the app to check out and have to sit and wait for the woman in Austin to do it by hand manually. I have a problem with them not allowing me to check the truck back in in Tennessee and I have to call somebody on Easter Sunday and do it that way. It's nothing to do with either location. It's your shitty app process it's terribleI won't recommend you to anyone to be honest with you. I drove around in a truck that had a folded up visor that said 1995 a day but I got charged $1000. I realize it's not 1995 a day unless you leave a sign in they're saying it is! You quite simply ruined my journey. Your cancellation of the trailer was unnecessary it left me in a bind and I had to fly somebody out to drive my truck. The app would not let me check the vehicle out from Austin and it would not let me return it in Tennessee. This is backed up by your own reps. I don't know what kind of crap you're playing at but this is the worst app and has been the worst move of my life because of U-Haul

DONALD HI’d suggest not leaving the trucks with such little gas in them for the next person to pickup.
Nevin RI was charged a fuel charged which was incorrect, but they did reimburse me, but again was inconvenient
