Paula B.The personnel were helpful at first in letting me know how to drop off the truck after hours. However, there was no follow-up confirmation of the check-in from them, and they were unresponsive to repeated phone calls and voice messages over the next two days. I finally had to call the after-hours number to speak with someone at a central office who wa able to see my feceipt and confirm that the truck had been checked in on time.
