I was charged for fuel. Pictures of the fuel gauge at pick up and drop off were virtually identical. Roughly 3/4 of a tank. I would understand if one of your employees made the subjective decision to implement a fuel charge if they felt the fuel gauge did not exactly match up on the pictures. That would be a difference equivalent to 3 or 4 gallons at most. But, in this case, I was charged just shy of 50 dollars. That amount would have filled the tank all the up and I did pick the tuck up with a full tank. Small incidents add up and can make a substantial impact over time. I will be very careful renting from U-haul again. You guys have always been my go to, but I will be exploring other options in the future.

Kevin SThe truck rented for this trip is old and needs extensive front end repair or needs to be retired. We had to stop a few times, making sure it was OK. Gas mileage was very poor. Seriously, look into this one further before it leads to additional damage or worse.
