I made the reservation on line. I selected a time that was available (1230). About an hr after the reservation was made and confirmed I was called by the location and told I needed to be there by 12 for pick up or I wouldn't be able to get the trailer tell 3 because he would be on lunch from 12-3. I find this odd since it let me pick 1230 for a reservation time. When I told the employee I would try my best because I was coming from 2.5 hrs away he said we'll im sorry there isnt anything he could do if I wasn't there by 12.

Gavan AThe location is fine, but the problem was Uhal app which was not working and the weak internet availability in that area. We had to wait for the place manager to enter the information manually on his computer. There were other customers. It took more than 1.5 hrs to be able to pick the truck that had been reserved on the Uhaul app. I had hired helpers and they were sitting idly waiting for me to pick the truck.
