Location was closed from 1 PM to 3 PM and so it was only a key drop did not have any interaction with personnel or the inside of the facility. Just parked the truck went through the return Information online and drop the keys.
THEA HHonestly everything was fine until I was double charged. I was charged at pickup and charged again at drop off which was at the same location. Hope someone get this fixed because this isn’t right.
