The U-Haul attendant was honestly so kind and patient. The U-Haul system was down, and he went above and beyond to find a way to still rent me the vehicle. It was the only day I had available to rent and move, and even though I started 3 hours later than I had hoped, I was able to finish. Seriously an amazing worker and person.
