Again, the man that helped us was great however he said we were supposed to have blankets, a utility dolly and a 2-furniture dollies. All we got was a furniture dolly and a utility dolly. The biggest issue is we reserved a storage unit however when we arrived there was no unit available, so we had to make other arrangements.

He is knowledgeable, efficient and gets you taken care of fast without any hassle. It is rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience and Yom nails it every time.
