The trailer had black dust/dirt in it which got on my furniture

patricia cDon’t make customers take a bunch of pictures of the truck with after hours returns, if you do, you should credit each customer $50 because it takes about a half hour. It is your responsibility as the rental company to check the equipment over and note any problems, not the customers. And, if there are any issues, the insurance purchased should cover anything. Other than that the truck worked well. Thanks, and I will make sure never to return after hours again.
Greg DI loathe the uhaul app and self-return option. It was difficult to use (in my case, I was unsuccessful), I didn't want an app and a profile. I just wanted to return the truck after a long day of moving. Perhaps this could be simplified. The actual renting and using of the truck was fantastic and Clarks is wonderful!
Lisa BSuper easy drop off. Just dropped the keys and they sent the receipt via email. My husband was very impressed with the ease of use of the truck itself. It was very clean, easy to drive and so easy to use. As he said “U-Haul has it dialed in.”

Ron YMany of the fees or methods of charging for items were not disclosed at the time of reservation. For example, charging per day for the blankets or appliance dolly. Had the first guy told me about being charged per day, I may have made a different choice. The 2nd guy didn't mention that I would get a text that sent me to a set of prompts that needed to be completed before I left. I started on it when I got the truck home, was almost done, then it expired. Again, a little heads up would have been nice customer service.

Erik BNormally I have a great experience here. For some reason the trailer I rented this last time was not clean and unfortunately I drove off before looking inside. When I got to where I went to I noticed it was dirty. So I had to clean it out before returning it so I didn’t risk getting charged for cleaning it.

Considering we usually rent multiple trucks at the same time, their organization and attention to detail are much appreciated. This year we rented three trucks and were in and out in 10 minutes.

LANCE SExcellent customer service and support from eveyone at this location. It is my preferred location in that region.
Lee BFirst, the app wouldn't work. I ended up having to use the website. It took almost 20 minutes to get it to work. When it asked for pictures the last wouldn't work so all of the pictures are black. Once I got the rental it was fine. The only other thing was it took forever to find the key drop box. There was no sign and I used the "helpful tips" on finding it on the website. The box was next to a shed. If an employee hadn't been there I would still be looking. Having directions for the drop box like they did for the box where you pick up the key would be very helpful. My frustration is mainly directed at the technology in this situation.
James WAbsolutely recommend! Clean trailers, quick and easy paperwork. Rob is thr most friendly manager and I've ever met at Uhaul, and his staff second the great attitude. Give them aal visit if you haven't yet, will not disappoint.

JESSICA WThey were very attentive and even loaded the trailer that I rented for me. They were very kind and even had a sense of humor. I needed an adapter from 4 prong to 7 prong and doing my research, they were cheaper than a few of their neighboring businesses. If I need to rent something again, I would totally drive the half hour to rent from these guys again.
