I reserved the truck for 24 hours, but the app switched ti to 12 hours. When I tried to contact via chat, it said there was a 45 MINUTE WAIT TIME for next available agent! WHO HAS TIME TO SIT AND WAIT ON CHAT WHEN YOU'RE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MOVING?!?!?
