Everything about the U-Haul experience was horrible, it had nothing to do with the location. When I reserved, it said my requested truck was available. Immediately after confirming the reservation, it said the truck wasn’t available where I requested and I had to change locations. It also said the location was
Stephen WWe paid to have moving blankets and they were not included in our rental. It is a holiday weekend so they were closed so we had to move without them and still get charged for them.
